That is a limitation of the iPhone. There are two icons at the bottom, the download icon and the email icon. IPhone users must use email icon. Simply touch the email icon and a box will pop up, enter the email address of the new contact and hit send. Once the email arrives when they open the attachment in the iPhone email program it will then prompt you to save the information as a new contact. Just say yes and then all the information will be imported. We are not sure if IOS 5.x has removed this limitation. But the email method should work on all IOS versions.
